General Safety Precautions

- Keep essential oils in a place where children and pets can’t get to them.

- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant, talk with your doctor before using essential oils.

- When using essential oils for aromatherapy, make sure the room you are in has good ventilation.

- Do not eat or drink essential oils unless you are under the supervision of a qualified professional.

- Keep essential oils away from your eyes.

- Do a patch test. Apply the product on the inside of your wrist. Cover with a bandage. Remove the bandage after 48 hours and see the reaction. 

Recommended use of Refresh Concentrate:

- Put a drop on your hands, rub them together, then cup your hands loosely over your nose and mouth while inhaling.

- Rub 1 drop onto the bottoms of your feet before heading out for the day and going to sleep at night.

- Add a few drops to a basin or bowl hot water, tent a towel over your head and the basin, and breathe deeply. 

For Diffusion:

- Directions: Apply few drops of Refresh Concentrate in the diffuser along with water.

- Benefits: Provides ambiance to a room. Reduces feelings of stress or anxiety. Purifies the air.
