The 4-Day Advanced Skincare Training is hosted at our Academy in Pompano Beach, Florida. Licensed professionals and active students in an accredited esthetics school are both accepted into our classes. Tuition is for four days of instruction and includes four lunches, one dinner and a complimentary class on Best Combinations. These are the modalities you will learn.
Microneedling
Theory will include the current Florida laws regarding an esthetician's scope of practice and what is legal when working in medical aesthetics. You will learn full protocols, series recommendations and needle depths required for each skin concern. Consideration will be taken when sharing the live demo and hands-on to remain within the legal limits of .25 needle depth or less. (When employed in a medical environment, your certification will give you the ability to work at deeper needle depths.)
Dermaplaning
Using a surgical blade, you will remove surface dead skin cells and vellus facial hair. Skin becomes a flawless canvas for makeup application with no down time. Full protocols, demo, theory and hands-on. Florida law permits licensed estheticians to dermaplane without medical supervision.
BB Glow
